WEEKLY NET CHANGE: -1.8 lbs
TOTAL WEIGHT LOSS: 19 lbs.


BMI: 26.1
Wtf that means: STILL overweight.  I can't actually even believe that I allowed myself to get well over 20 pounds overweight. 


Just 1 pound away from the 20!
